Faulty Goods

All our goods are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch, however, in the unlikely event that a fault should develop, please return the item to us and we will replace it or refund you, according to your wishes.

Please note: Replacement/refund for faulty goods is subject to the item having been properly cared for, as per the care instructions provided. The Big Bikini Company and the manufacturer are not responsible for damage caused to your item through unsuitable care or neglect and in such cases the item will be returned to you and no refund given.

Unsuitable Goods

If your swimwear does not fit, or is unsuitable in another way, please return the item to us, unused, with tags still attached and in it's original condition. Please state the reason for the return and we will exchange the item or refund you, according to your wishes.
